Man, I miss FIF...
Anyway, after accidentally turning the radio on during Fall Out Boy's new song and nearly giving myself an audio aneurysm, I had to stop and wonder whom I would nominate for the title of Biggest Musical Sellout. Nominees can consist of both bands/artists who previously had good music before selling out, as well as those whose music was always pure, unadulterated crap but still managed to sell out. Anyone?

I'd have to go with Weezer, who narrowly beat out Metallica and No Doubt for my pick.
Here's another option: Avenged Sevenfold. Not only were they always terrible, but they actually became worse after their frontman decided to stop screaming.
Actually, I'm just going with a7x. As my friend says, "Bad gimmick, worse music."
Uh, I think you kind of missed the point of Five Iron Frenzy's song...
No, I totally get that the song is criticizing people who are too quick to reject bands they like just because other people like them, too, but that's not the way I define a sellout. I don't call a band a sellout simply when they become popular, but when the quality of their music declines in order to sell more records.
