As a fan of The Office and of Arcade Fire, I was understandably excited to learn the following:
Arcade Fire to play SNL
It will be amazing, except for the fact that it's SNL, which, in general, is less than amazing. Some might even call it bad.

it is sort of sad that the only reason i watch snl anymore is if the musical act is someone i like.. wow how a good show went bad
I was a devoted SNL fan throughout my youth and still occasionally watched it through college. Although the disappointments number more nowadays, the skits that are truly good take you by surprise and that makes them that much better! It's just much more dependent on the host instead of the cast, I think, though Amy Poehler and Andy Samberg are genius. And Seth Meyers is my guilty pleasure...
well im looking forward to both the guy who plays Dwight and Arcade Fire. and yeah, SNL can still be hilarious.
